Suger is a well-funded startup building the next generation of B2B go-to-market infrastructure, and we're seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound efforts, collaborating with Account Executives to book meetings and create revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify leads based on fit, intent, and engagement
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management in Salesforce
• Work closely with the demand generation team
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
