Wholesale Customer Service Representative I

Sullivan Tire is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Rep I to join our team in Merrimack, NH, providing customer service and order fulfillment to internal and wholesale customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma with two years of customer service experience
• Tire and automotive service industry experience preferred
• Excellent phone skills with ability to offer highest quality of customer service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Inventory Management Database
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Multi-tasks
• Detailed-oriented
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
