Job Description
Customer Relations Specialist I or II responsible for managing customer orders, inventory levels, and product delivery. Acts as primary contact for assigned customer purchasing departments. Monitors shipping schedules, tracks and communicates model build out timing, and assists with minimizing obsolete inventory. Requires Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and relevant experience, and 0-5 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, or customer service environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and relevant experience
- 0-5 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, or customer service environment
- Skilled in use of desktop and mainframe applications
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of SEWS and customer personnel
- Skilled in the areas of problem solving, task management, organization, oral and written communication
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not required
- Proficient in MS Office
