As a Member Services Representative, you will build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues, providing best-in-class service and making informed recommendations to help members achieve their financial goals. You will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting with financial transactions, educating members about opportunities to enhance their financial landscape, and promoting Connexus products and services.

You will also operate and balance cash drawers, monitor and respond to chat queues, and protect member and credit union assets through risk mitigation and fraud prevention.
