Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the areas of Fintech, POS, Merchant Services, or Telecommunications.
- Leadership experience from freelancers, consultants, or commission-based sales teams.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of responsibility and impact.
- Good understanding of the needs of small business owners and building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM tools.
- Fluent German and English skills.
