Job Description
The HR Manager will establish and manage all HR functions in a new plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and compliance. They will support the ramp-up phase, develop HR policies, foster a positive culture, and ensure legal compliance. The role requires advising plant leadership and liaising with global HR teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Hungary or the broader EU
- Proven experience in scaling HR operations in a start-up or new plant setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- Must have legal working rights in the EU
