Job Description
Sunnyside Nursing Post-Acute Care is seeking an MDS Coordinator, RN to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of resident MDS/RAI/CAAs in accordance with State and Federal Regulations.
Requirements
- Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nursing Program
- Must possess an active, unencumbered license in this state of CA
- Must be RAC-CT or eligible within 30 days of hire
- Must be knowledgeable of CASPER-related information
- Must be knowledgeable of WQIP processes and scores
- PCC and Simple LTC experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
