Care Partner

As a Care Partner at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families. You will promote alliance with residents to create successful days and maintain a safe, comfortable home-like environment. You will also demonstrate the Sunrise mission and values, while adhering to federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

• Review and document resident information and changes
• Assist with Terrace Club Program and Daily Program Calendar
• Provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Follow Sunrise policies and procedures
