SunSource's rotational development program for recent or soon to be graduates who desire a career in industrial sales. The program provides extensive training, continuous mentorship, and a clear path to career growth.
Requirements
- 2-year technical degree and/or training in related field
- B.S. Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Business or related is preferred
- Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance or related is a plus
- Related internship or co-op experience is a plus
- Strong ambition to pursue a career in industrial sales
- Outgoing and able to build professional relationships
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated to take responsibility for your personal development
- Mechanical interest and aptitude
- Ability to start work in Summer / Fall 2025
