Service Engineer

Supermicro is seeking a Service Engineer to handle complex service cases, collaborate with product managers, and produce detailed SOPs and knowledge base documentation.

Requirements

• On-site and remote troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems on Supermicro equipment
• Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence
• Manage escalation situations, provide 2nd line support to resellers, and work with Technical Account Manager and Service Manager
• Run tests and simulations, train new service engineers, and work at customer location
