Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for accepting, registering, and solving various problems with the end customer in the field of server hardware. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience, working with different cultures and nationalities.

Requirements

• Completed MBO4 degree towards IT or comparable level obtained through experience
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience with 1st and 2nd line support/helpdesk
• Good communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge
• Ability to perform individually and under pressure
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS/Linux
• Basic knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases)
• Representable
• Valid driving license (B)
