Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to join our Rack Integration team at our headquarters in San Jose. The role will involve developing high-impact business development strategies, collaborating with executive leadership, engineering, and marketing, and driving market penetration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in server products, rack integration, or data center environments
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals, KPIs, and project milestones
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
