Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Director, Business Development to join our Engineering Business Engagement team, leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and articulating the unmatched value of Supermicro's full rack-level portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 15+ years in Business Development, Solutions Sales, or Technical Account Management within the server/hardware/AI infrastructure industry
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of rack-level server architectures, product portfolio, and rack-scale integration
- Demonstrated success selling high-value rack-level or datacenter solutions with strong revenue attainment
- Willingness to travel at least 25% to customer sites and industry events
