Job Description
Seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Director, Business Development to lead strategic expansion of Supermicro's server and data center solutions into enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 17+ years in Business Development with demonstrated success driving growth in large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships within enterprise IT infrastructure
- Proven success driving growth in servers, storage, data center platforms, AI systems, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and decision-making processes
- Demonstrated experience working with or through ecosystem partners
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
