The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention within our Service team, nurturing and growing existing customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support, proactive guidance, and strategic account management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a technical account management, customer support, or technical sales role, preferably within the industry industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of relevant technologies, products, or services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
