Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Technical Account Manager to resolve and repair server systems at customer sites. This role focuses on providing excellent technical support, building a field engineering organization, and maintaining a high level of service quality. Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Account
- Manage deployment and post-deployment onsite service activities
- Monitor service performance and respond to customer requests
