Job Description
Supermicro is looking for an experienced VP, Sales to help grow their market share. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales teams, designing and implementing sales business plans, and expanding customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management related is a plus
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in computer, server, or hardware industry is preferred
- Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies
- Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment
- Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different groups
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
- Great analytic skills in market and industry research
