Job Description
Prepares cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing strategies, and administers contracts for construction projects. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, sourcing subcontractor quotations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
- Experience in tendering and contract administration for construction/A&A/FM projects
- Familiar with standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, NEC)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
