Job Description
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for projects, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and monitor project costs. Handle contract administration, conduct site visits, and liaise with clients and contractors.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant experience in construction or facilities management industry
- Good knowledge of contracts, costing, and tendering processes
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and relevant QS software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
