Lead - Trainer

Sutherland is looking for a Lead Trainer to enable and guide clients through training on various aspects, including soft & technical skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a trainer and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience as a trainer
• Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook)
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic in developing solutions and process improvements
• Willingness and ability to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule
