Job Description
We are looking for a talented HR Assistant to join our team at SVKM. The successful candidate will have a strong educational background and at least 2 years of experience in HR. The role involves collaborating with HoD's to understand skills and competencies required for all openings, sourcing and screening CVs, organizing interviews, and ensuring proper documentation of the recruitment process. The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them as and when appropriate.
Requirements
- Graduation in any field from a recognized University
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist preferably from an Educational Institution
