SWBC is seeking a PEO Sales Executive to generate new sales, identify and qualify prospects, and create opportunities to participate in RFPs. The role involves building strong business relationships, managing client relationships, and negotiating pricing and terms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years in an executive level sales and/or sales management experience
- Two (2) years in the PEO industry
- Life and Health Group 1 Insurance License
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Word and Excel
