SWBC is seeking a PEO Sales Executive to generate new sales, identify and qualify prospects, and create opportunities for business owners to participate in requests for proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong business background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 7+ years in executive level sales and/or sales management experience, including 2+ years in the PEO industry
- Life and Health Group 1 Insurance License
- Strong business acumen
- Proven strategic relationship manager at executive level
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
