Service Desk Specialist III - ST

The Service Desk Specialist III is a senior technical role responsible for providing Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and enterprise systems, including SCCM administration, vulnerability management, and application lifecycle support.

Requirements

• Vocational School or some college courses in Information Technology or Information Systems
• Bachelor's degree in an IT related major preferred
• 6+ years of progressive IT support experience, including at least 3 years in endpoint management and SCCM administration
• 1+ years experience in financial services preferred
