Sword Health is shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform, making world-class healthcare available anytime, anywhere. The Sr. Director of Partnerships will focus on expanding the company's reach through effective channel management, building and leading a high-performing channel sales team, and developing go-to-market strategies tailored for channel partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on scaling sales through partners
- Expertise in channel strategy, particularly in creating and executing successful go-to-market plans
- Thorough knowledge of digital health markets and the ability to navigate complex sales environments
- Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building at the executive level
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets in dynamic environments
