Tool Maker / Mold Maker

Perform final inspection, fit and assemble molds, repair molds, perform work-in-progress measuring, and maintain a clean workspace. Devise and detail a plan for the mold-building process, read and interpret complex engineering drawings, and use specialized and precision tools and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ten (10) years of related experience as a mold maker
• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
• Ability to ensure quality standards are met
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
• Proficient in time management and communication skills
• Red Seal is an asset
