We are hiring a Development Manager to own and scale our customer engagement systems across voice, SMS, and lifecycle channels. This is a high-impact role where performance improvements directly translate to revenue.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on engineering experience (APIs, AWS, event-driven systems)
- Experience working with voice / telephony systems, SMS platforms and messaging workflows, outbound sales or lead nurturing systems
- Familiarity with high-volume contact center or outreach environments
- Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
