Requirements
- Lead a remote team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists and Enrollment Members
- Drive impactful execution of national and regional sales and marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement training programs, call listening initiatives, and coaching practices
- Leverage sales enablement and analytics tools to gain actionable insights into client needs and team performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, and Client Leadership teams
- Own and drive key sales performance metrics
- Deliver impactful, data-driven coaching by conducting regular one-on-ones, ad hoc feedback sessions, and formal performance reviews
- Foster a strong, inclusive team culture within a remote work environment
- Ensure unwavering adherence to all internal compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and sales governance policies
