Associate Account Executive

Syniti, part of Capgemini, is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support client account executives in developing pipeline, engaging with prospects, and executing deals. The role is designed for high-potential professionals to build foundational field sales skills before progressing into a quota-carrying position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or a related client-facing role
• Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
