Job Description
Synthflow AI is a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents to automate phone calls and business processes. They've seen significant growth, delivering improved contact center efficiency and expanding into new markets. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales across the DACH region and EU, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years in enterprise or complex solution selling
- Fluent German (C1+)
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Strong grasp of multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based enterprise sales methodologies
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI automation, and enterprise operational workflows
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
- Collaborative approach
- Drive for ownership and autonomy
