Join CHUBB as a Messaging and M365 Support specialist to ensure the continuity, stability, and efficiency of the company's messaging and collaboration services. You will provide Level 3 technical support in Microsoft Exchange, hybrid Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Requirements
- Over 7 - 10 years of proven experience in messaging support environments.
- Hands-on experience in large and complex messaging environments, including: MS Exchange Server and hybrid Exchange Online, PowerShell scripting, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, RightFax / Fax2Mail
- Strong ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with system migrations is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connectivity tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns to meet business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
