Job Description
T3W Business Solutions is seeking a Facilities Planner/Manager in Virginia Beach, VA, to support Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) training and management. The role involves strategic planning, facility assessment, and ensuring the facilities meet the Navy's mission needs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in facility management and possess a solid understanding of the military structure and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- 5+ years direct experience in a DOD facilities management
- Favorable Tier 3 Background Investigation
- US Driver’s License
- Knowledge of NAVFAC organizational structure
- Familiarity with Navy organizational structure
- Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting training facilities
