As a Lead Account Executive, you will play a key role in building, leading and coaching a sales team to drive revenue growth and develop strategies for market penetration. You will lead and develop a high-performing Account Executive team, identify improvement potential, and implement action plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing or a related subject
- 2-3 years of professional experience as an AE in a SaaS company & at least 1 year in a sales-related management position
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation, ability to work under pressure and results-orientated approach to work
- Proficiency in both German and English
