Job Description
We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily drop bury operations, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner and meeting organizational quality standards. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality control, and resolving client escalations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications experience
- Prior leadership experience a plus
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
