Job Description
TAK Broadband is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily installation/fulfillment operations in Orange County, CA, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and meeting organizational quality standards. The role involves managing technicians, distributing daily routes, and supporting warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications experience required
- Experience with fiber to the home (FTTH) installation a plus
- Prior leadership experience a plus
- Ability to travel daily +/- 50% annually, with some occasional overnight stays
- Open to a variety of schedules and accessible as the point of escalation
