Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on the design and delivery of efficient, user-centric solutions within the ServiceNow EC Pro Portal, UX, and Mobile Application domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of combined experience in business analysis and in architecting, designing, and developing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions
