• Strong recruitment, talent management, and employee relations skills.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in HR software and systems.
• A relevant HR certification (PHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) is strongly preferred.
