Job Description
Define and implement operational and tactical business development goals to drive sustainable growth in the Indonesia market. Identify and develop new potential customers across Indonesia. Act as the primary point of contact for all business development activities in the Indonesia market.
Requirements

- Conduct market and trend analysis
- Communicate sales progress, achievements, risks, and challenges
- Monitor and manage sales KPIs and targets
- Prospect and onboard new customers
- Prepare and manage monthly sales forecasts
- Monitor customer purchase orders
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the company's understanding of technical and regulatory requirements
- Define and execute sales strategies
- Conduct research on potential customers, products, and market opportunities
- Handle all activities related to commercial operations
