Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative for a healthcare AI platform company, responsible for expanding pipeline with provider organizations across the U.S., with a focus on high-quality outreach, strong discovery instincts, and generating meetings that convert into revenue.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a BDR/SDR role or comparable outbound sales development experience
• Experience in healthcare, including exposure to selling into provider organizations (preferred)
• Comfort with phone-heavy outreach and a willingness to iterate on messaging and approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week
• High ownership, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
