Job Description
Reporting to the Cluster GM – International Sales, the International Sales Manager will strengthen our presence in Asia by leading market entry, penetration, and expansion strategies in China and Indonesia. Key responsibilities include developing distributors, managing key accounts, building long-term business relationships, and driving sales and business development plans.
Requirements
- Lead market entry, penetration, and expansion strategies in China and Indonesia
- Develop distributors, manage key accounts, and expand sales channels
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships with overseas distributors, importers, retailers, and food service partners
- Drive short-term and long-term sales and business development plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor customer touchpoints to understand market requirements, regulatory expectations, and consumer trends
- Support new product development and market-specific adaptations
- Ensure excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement
- Manage customer databases, pricing structures, contract negotiations, and approval processes
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, buyer meetings, and market development activities
