Talkspace is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager to join its Collaborative Care team. The role involves supporting and coordinating the mental and physical health care of patients within the Collaborative Care model. The ideal candidate has experience in behavioral health care coordination, strong clinical collaboration and communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality mental healthcare.
