Job Description
Talogy is seeking a Human Resources Assessor to administer and proctor pre-employment tests for a large manufacturing client in San Antonio, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, communicating with candidates, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Communicate with small to large groups of candidates using standardized scripts.
- Administer computer-based and hands-on assessment sessions including behavioral interviews and role-plays.
- Track, enter, and manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot basic computer and/or mobile device issues.
- Schedule candidates to assessment sessions via email, phone, or text.
- Evaluate candidate test results following standardized procedures.
- Provide and/or update hiring process status reports.
- Deliver status updates to client.
