Talos is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead technical implementations and connectivity integrations for institutional clients and trading counterparties. This role sits at the intersection of client services and technical integration.
Requirements
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment.
- Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
- Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Configure and validate client environments across Talos’ modular trading and portfolio systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.
