Job Description
The Arrears Executive role is responsible for managing customer arrears, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves proactive management of customer service-related communication, identification of vulnerable customers, and negotiation of arrears payment plans. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services, a strong knowledge of FCA rules, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial services with relevant regulatory appreciation
- Demonstrable experience of working accounts in arrears including applying arrears forbearance options
- Knowledge of FCA rules (including MCOB and CONC rules)
- Excellent customer service skills
