Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for executing post-offer onboarding processes for newly hired staff and faculty at Tarleton State University, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding activities and working closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources partners to process hires and facilitate new employee onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience (HR Specialist I)
- Two years' of related experience (HR Specialist II)
