Job Description
TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to internal customers, respond to technical issues, and maintain data and system integrity. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting user application testing, and performing desktop system maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT systems and equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair
- Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours, excellent customer orientation and interpersonal, customer care skills
- Good time and project management skills
