Learning Experience Consultant-4

The Learning Experience Consultant will provide thought leadership in instructional design and deliver learner-centered training solutions across all levels in the organization. The consultant will design, develop, and implement innovative training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and lead small projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a closely related field, and 3-5 years of experience designing learner-centered training programs. The consultant will work with SMEs, stakeholders, and other key departments to finalize desired skills and level of expertise of the desired audience of learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a closely related field
• 3-5 years of experience designing learner-centered training programs
• Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices
• Ability to make decisions using logic and propose quality solutions
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, verbally and in writing
