Requirements
- Ability to work on cyclical schedules
- Experience in phone, email, and live chat support
- Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills in Portuguese, German, Japanese, French, Korean, or Spanish
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Resourcefulness, multitasking, and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional and global teams
- Flexibility to adjust to frequent process and information changes
- Ability to work under pressure
