Job Description
TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience. The company is looking for a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day planning and operations of the team, ensuring that teammates deliver on their Service Level Agreement and achieve their Key Performance Indicators. The Team Leader will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, creating reports, and documenting feedback from clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience managing at least 10 + teammates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average technical know-how
