Job Description
Team Leader role at TaskUs, managing day-to-day planning and operations, ensuring team delivers on SLA and KPIs, training and developing team members, creating reports, and acting as liaison between management and team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience managing at least 10 teammates in a customer support role within an outsourcing or similar company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average technical know-how
- Previous experience working on phone, email, and live chat customer support roles
- Familiarity with E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools
- Flexibility to work different shifts
